Timeline Planning & Venue Walkthrough

Mapping out the details for your wedding may seem like a daunting task, especially if you have no prior event planning experience. We will meet with you well in advance of your wedding, listen carefully to what you are envisioning and help you build a comprehensive timeline that reflects your overall vision.

Directing

A wedding can be compared to a movie set or putting on a play. You have the primary stars (the bride and groom), and the supporting cast (the wedding party). You have hired help such as the photographer, videographer and caterer, but who is responsible for facilitating the staging, timing and flow? Like a play absent a director, a wedding can easily veer into a state of disarray. Having a competent director in place ensures a seamless and hiccup free experience.

Personalization

We will want to meet with you well in advance of your wedding day and get to know your backstory, how you met your partner and perhaps some fun facts about members of your wedding party. What you share helps us to craft a unique & creative experience for you and your guests.

Skilled & Personalized Music Programming

We have an extensive library of music covering just about every genre you can think of. If there are any specific songs we do not have that you want played we won’t hesitate to get them for you.

Back-up Power for Peace of Mind

*In the event of a power failure at your venue we have you covered! We have three Goal Zero Yeti 1000 Power Stations on standby at all of our events.

*If your event will take place on private land and you want to have your ceremony in an area that is far away from a power source we also have you covered! (The power stations do not generate noise or fumes)
