we will schedule a venue walk through to inspect the venue

and discuss the staging and flow of the day.

When you hear the word "DJ" you more than likely are not thinking of a person who will sit down with you well before your wedding date and help you plan the flow of your reception. Most people would think, "This is the person who will just be providing the music for my wedding".

There is a good reason for this....

The majority of Dj services out there expect their clients to handle all of the planning and hand them an agenda the day of the event. When asked what their role is, many of these same DJs will tell you "I am just providing music, its not my job to help you plan or direct your event".

We have a very different philosophy. We understand first hand that your DJ / Master of Ceremonies will be "representing" you to your guests and should be responsible for directing the flow of your reception. It makes perfect sense that someone with this much responsibility be involved in the planning process. We can offer you sound advice based on our own experience on the timing of the activities and how best to enhance them.
