A wedding can be compared to a movie "set". You have a producer (whoever is funding the event), the primary stars (the bride and groom), and the supporting cast (the wedding party). You have hired help such as the photographer, videographer and caterer. But who is responsible for the staging, timing, & giving the event direction?

This is probably the most overlooked aspect of wedding planning...

As a wedding guest, have you ever witnessed the photographer or members of the wedding party needing to step in and manage the reception because things were not running smoothly? Was there confusion? We will communicate with & stage the wedding party, vendors and make sure the guests are never kept in the dark wondering what is coming up next. We make sure everything is running smoothly and in a timely manner.

~Not only were they awesome DJs, but they helped with planning, itinerary, and everything to make the event smooth and wrinkle-free. As a bride, I was completely worry free, because they were on top of making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and all of the events and such were right on schedule.
